“Common Sense” Youth Organization (CSYO) was founded by a group of young people in Sumgait, and its mission is to increase the participation of the young people in society and provide them with opportunities for self-development. CSYO is as a non-political, non-profit, non-governmental organization. The organization mainly focuses on the projects to achieve the following aims: to make the youth be aware of their civic responsibility and increase active citizenship; to promote a healthy lifestyle and show the consequences of bad habits; to raise environmental awareness and the significance of environmental protection among the youth; to advocate for human rights and equality; to underpin peacebuilding and conflict prevention; to support local schoolchildren and students in their self-development process. We implemented plenty of local projects in direction of our priorities; and in the framework of our projects, we collaborated with many international organizations and governmental bodies.
