Investment Strategy Hubé Management is a value driven investor, who typically provides Growth Capital and performs Buy-Outs to small-medium sized companies (~US $5 - 20 million). We keep an opportunistic approach to our investments, but generally the criteria we look at include:  Existing turnover  Recurring revenues  Cash-flow positive  Higher EBITDA margins >10%  Identifiable growth opportunities
