Finnoq establishes an open source protocol for collective advice in the financial industry. The finnoq core is the basic layer for applications – for instance, it can be used for crowd-based votes applied on a variety of financial products. The service layer modules (e.g. rating algorithms) can easily be integrated and used by applications like a construction kit.
