Eat United Nicaragua is a non-profit social project fighting for food justice in Nicaragua. The mission: prevent food waste and work towards food security. Eat United Nicaragua began life in 2013 and has been growing vigorously ever since thanks to the combined efforts of a big family of food vendors, Nicaraguan communities and volunteers. ​
