Working with mid-sized NGOs in Turkey, the project aims to develop their performance through providing management consultancy. With a cooperation with AIESEC, international interns with management background are coming from different countries to develop topics like Structure, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance Structure, Financial Business Model (for a Social Sustainable organization), Strategy, Planning, Process optimization and creating performance indicators. According to researches, the NGO Managers in Turkey, lead the organizations with passion, but most of them have lack of management skills which makes their NGOs low impactful. AIESEC brings in this project, international interns (university students from 18-30 years or recent-graduated) to apply their knowledge in those organizations to make them more efficiency in order to make them have more results and bring more impact to the society.
