Asian Development with the Disabled Persons (ADDP) established and supported Lao Employment Support Center for the Disabled. The purpose of the program aims to provide the vocational training, especially on the Job Training (OJT) in order to improve their working skill and experience to the persons with Disability in the field of wheelchair sale & production, Beauty salon, Bakery & IT.
