"According to OECD, the unemployment rate among Turkish youth amounts to 18,5% in 2015. What is more, young adults holding a university degree found it difficult to match their recently developed skills with the needs of the labor market. In order to tackle this issue, youth needs to be empowered by skills and knowledge about how to use their leadership and entrepreneurial potential to be more employable. Lift Up Your Future, powered by AIESEC, in collaboration with Turkish universities, aims to empower Turkish Youth with skills and knowledge about career planning & entrepreneurship to activate new generation of Turkish entrepreneurs. You will deliver workshops, sessions, facilitate debates and other activities connected to topic of entrepreneurship, career planning and soft skills. You will introduce your culture and information about entrpreneurship in your country to participants througs presentations and activities. You will facilitate students to work on their business ideas using the knowledge and skills they got out of project in final stage of project. Together with AIESEC team, you will work on documenting of your experience and showcasing the project in external environment."
