By above operations we achieve show to young people, that there are many possibilities for development and to lead them to improve their involvement. In process of construction we noted many actions. The Mongolian, especially, Gobi’s young people could work in all high-technologic equipments of factory. For example: They have trained in building sector, also built a bricks- kiln tunnel and made a sieve of a brick making- line, auto- feeder, and other equipments.
