MACERUDET, founded in 1987, against backdrop of Ugandan Bush War survivors mobilizing on self-help basis to rehabilitate, reconstruct & develop a devastated nation, has no established paid staff & implements priority programs & activities utilizing services of both local & international volunteers through an integrated holistic development approach with high community spirit & lot of enthusiasm.
