Finex Corporation was established by Betty Lim in 2007. Then since, it has been growing steadily, acquiring more and more international Clients. As Filippo Gervasini joined in 2013, Finex started acquiring more and more international Clientele. Previously, Betty had already been working in Vietnam as CFO of a Multi National Company. A Malaysian citizen, Betty is a chartered accountant graduated in the United Kingom and had worked in Ireland for 8 years after her studies. Although looking amazingly young, Betty is aged 39. Filippo Gervasini - Born 1975 - is an italian entrepreneur that has been living and working between Malaysia and Vietnam since 2001. Previously, he had worked for italian-based Industrial Frigo Group, establishing and thereafter remarkably growing the business in South East Asia. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master Degree in Information Management. from Leeds Metropolitan University (UK). Jeff Sea - Prior to joining Finex, Jeff has worked a Tax Partner in KPGM Vietnam for over 20 years. His specializes in tax advisory, particularly on cross border transactions and M&A (including advising on structuring and setting up of investment vehicles for direct investments into Vietnam). His industries knowledge ranges from Banking & Finance, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Investment Funds, Consumer Goods, retail, manufacturing and property. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant of CPA Australia, a member of CPA Malaysia and he also holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Certified Financial Consultant (ChFC) from Singapore. Since 2009, Jeff is also a member of the Vietnam Tax Consultant Association (VTCA). Ms Tuyet Hong has a degree and Master in Economics and Accounting. She has more than 15 years experience in the field of HR and Accounting. She is has in-depth knowledge in Vietnamese Labor Law, Vietnam Accounting and local Tax regulations. Ms Tuyet works for Finex since the Company was started (2007).
