上海橘子树传统文化交流中心创立于2010年5月，我们以“放松身心”、“认识自我”、“简单生活”为目标，通过“静心”、“观察”、“体悟”的体验式方法，来学习书法、心茶、中医、太极、禅文化、国学经典等中国传统文化精髓，倡导大家一起行动让生活变得更美好，帮助众多朋友，在商业社会里放下多余的负担和追求，放下身心的疲惫，重新审视生命的价值。 Orangetree traditional culture exchange center was founded in May 2010.
