The project brings trainers from the worldwide to help Slovak students to become selfaware and gain soft and hard skills needed for their personal and professional development. We aim for Slovak students to start understanding the labour market, thus knowing what are their best options for a career from an early age. Due to that, Slovakia would aim to have lower youth unemployability rates in EU. Project will last one month and it will include two rounds of educational program, one lasts for two weeks and it will be managed by international trainers and Local AIESEC Committees.
