The TALK project promote professional and personal skills by running conversation groups in English, Spanish or German about global issues, different cultures, globlal issues and the impact caused by this exchange opportunity for the local community and for your home country. It's promote a multicultural environment, allowing the trainees an opportunity to have contact and experience a different culture. The interns will have the opportunity to impact the students in our university, bringing to them the chance of having contact with different traditions, lifestyles. This project happens in an oustanding university in Limeira, one of the best universities of the country, UNICAMP. The intern will delivery those classes for the students, working as a facilitator, guiding the conversation. The importance of the TALK Project is because most of the students never had any type of contact with people from other countries and their way of thinking is very limited to our country, our reality. That why the TALK project is so important for our university, so the stundents can understand how "big" our world is, so they can develop their global mindset. Job Description: I. The intern will work from monday to friday, having on the schedule a maximum of 4 classes per day. Each class takes 1 hour and 15 minutes. II.The intern must attend to all the classes, in case an unforseen happens, he/she should notify as soon as possible. III.The intern must keep an attendance list to maintain the control of the students, to assure all of then will attend to the classes. IV. The interns will facilitate conversation groups in English, Spanish or German about current and relevant subjects for professional and personal development as well as global issues, aiming to improve the speaking ability of our students in a different language. V.The intern must attend the Global Village Event, which will be a cultural event that will involve all the trainees from the projects that will be running in Limeira. VI. The intern may be invited by the Student Organizations from the university to give speeches about leadership, home culture, environment and other topics regarded to youth development Intern can have the chance to work as a CEEDer, joining performing teams of AIESEC in Limeira in order to bring external vision and improve results.
