Fondation Rita Zniber is an association officially created in May 1992 and recognized by decree of the public utility number 2.96.8691 B.O on December 2nd 1996 (under the Dahir n° 1-58-376 on the Islamic calendar 3 Joumada I 1378 (November 15th 1958)) later modified to B.O. n° 5048 in October 17th 2002 in accordance with the new law on the rights of associations and nonprofits n° 75-00 promulgated by the Dahir n° 1-02-206 on 12 Joumada I 1423 (July 23rd 2002.) The objective of the association Fondation Rita Zniber is to contribute to the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and of the World Declaration on child survival, protection, and development, along with the implementation of the Hague Convention on the protection of minors, particularly within the framework of International Adoption. The fondamental aim of the Rita Zniber Foundation is to assure the security, the health and the future for isolated children.
