Folia de Reis, Epiphany or the Feast of Three Kings is a festive religious cultural manifestation and classified in Brazil as folklore ; practiced by the followers and supporters of Catholicism in order to recall the attitude of the Three Kings - who set out on a journey in search of the Promised Messiah cache ( The Infant Jesus Christ ) - to pay him homage and give you gifts. This story is told in the Bible, in chapter 2 of the Book of Matthew (or The Gospel According to Matthew )
