Rafeya started with one of the women, Om Omar, in a place 80 x 220 meters big.The aim was to increase the women’s incomes by giving them a 20% share in each product they produce. Rafeya is a place that offers all women the possibility to develop her skills to reach her goals in life while feeling independent and in control of her own life.
