GROW is the nationwide youth development program that represents a long term, non-formal educational engagement designed to improve the quality of education in Romania. Already in its 5th year, the project is organized by Scoala de Valori (School of Values) in partnership with AIESEC and it addresses high school students in Romania (age 14-18). The program offers them a professionally designed educational curriculum that complements the formal education system. GROW comes to bring the students a new perspective on education and to help them realize their potential outside the traditional classroom. The vision of the project is to “build a constructive attitude for a sustainable change in the Romanian educational system”. The project has already impacted over 12.000 students from the entire country and over 450 internationals from all over the world and it will continue to grow sustainably in the next years.
