Established to ensure that children and adolescents are being treated for cancer the right way to achieve a cure with quality of life, the Association of Friends of Children with Cancer Mato Grosso (AACCMT) was established on April 23, 1999. Acting in an integrated manner with state health and protection agencies of the rights of children and adolescents, the AACCMT is a non-profit institution that offers lodging, meals, transportation to hospitals, laboratories, airport, aid to tests and medications and psychosocial support, recreational and educational.
