Heart for Change (HFC) has over 5 years of experience bringing international volunteers to Colombia in order to teach English and work for NGOs and governmental institutions. The organization have a specific volunteer profile and is looking for its Fellows to be hardworking, socially oriented, adaptable, flexible, motivated and able to work independently.
