SOS main & core objective is to execute MASS NEUTERING Community Program in spaying & neutering the strays on the streets in line with the local Council & State Government to control & bring down the strays population in a more humane & long term solution. If the community is willing to participate in this Program, the responsibilities will be distributed among all, not just the Council, State Government and NGOs. We hope to change the our attitudes of being a "Killing Society" and to adopt a "Caring Society". This is what we hope to achieve as a legacy to our future generation 1. Bring together all NGOs & independent rescuers to promote their effort in publicizing the plight of Stray Animals. 2. To assist in continuing effort at FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES & PROJETCTS to save strays & stop the KILLING. 3. To raise awareness within the public community and to persuade the Council to be sympathetic to the needs of the Stray Animals. 4. To work hand in hand with the Council & other statutory bodies in activities which promote community & neighborhood safety.
