Purple Development is a youth initiative that was founded on the 31st of October 2013 in Alexandria, Egypt. The founders and members of Purple Development are a group of civil activists independent of any political ideologies or religious affiliations. Our vision ------------- We are guided by a passion and dedication that is backed up with a professional system built on the science of management. We work on human development for our members in the different projects and events organized by the initiative. We don’t settle for anything but excellence in all the endeavors we pursue and provide a life changing experience to all stakeholders. Why Purple? ---------------- Purple is not used a lot in our country although it is a unique color which combines blue -the extreme of cold colors- with red which is considered the warmest color. It is distinctive for its neutrality and a symbol of unbiased behavior. It is a catchy color that always attracts you to it. Purple is believed to be the ideal color that symbolizes Royalty and Mystery. On the other hand, Purple is considered the color with the highest frequency in the light spectrum which translates well on Purple Development which aims to work with a high frequency and exceptional precision. Purple is not just a color but our identity.
