Northern Youth Leadership Conference (NYLC) is one of Project Based on Exchange (PBoX) that initiative by AIESEC Local Committee in University Utara Malaysia in year 2014. NYLC is a conference that focus on a theme ‘Lead Yourself, Then Our Youth’. The youth learn to overcome any self-doubt in themselves and realize the potential within them to become leaders. They lead themselves first and foremost and then continue on by becoming ambassadors of the youth by leading their fellow peers to realize their individual potentials. This conference aim is to engage, empower & encourage the youth as the leader of tomorrow. Throughout this conference, AIESEC wants to equip them with the leadership skills and at the same time creating responsible youth to be an even more credible voice of their generation. AIESEC is a youth run organization that concern about world issues, leadership and management that focus on developing young leader through engagement with AIESEC. This conference also wish to embrace high school students concern with world issues, leadership and management skills.
