Santa Maria is an universitary city, with 7 universities with many young people and being always a refreshed city. However, there are some difficulties related to the basic educational system and support of Third Sector organization here. Trying to solve them all and make it a better place to live, we have the ~SMARKETING PROJECT~. Create or update a website or a blog to the NGO. The intern must do a strategic plan and elaborate an operation plan for the main task of the school. Future interns will use it for their activities. Being part of a team with other interns from different countries. Work with great commitment, developing young leaders inside everyone who is “touched” by the Project. Work as a facilitator in some situations, for example, translator (English to Spanish, or so). Always putting the NGO’s interest at first place instead of traveling/partying. Get to know the NGO at the beginning of the internship. Understand its necessity, public and mission to better develop your work. Also, you will be invited to participate in Global Village events, representing his culture and country (for it should bring materials for presentations (flags, books, music, etc).
