The Karlsruhe Service Research Institute (KSRI) is developing concepts, methods and technologies for innovators and decision makers, in order to gain and utilize additional benefit in an increasingly "Services-Led Economy". We apply an approch that is holistic and interdisciplinary to solve business-related problems along the dimensions of "Humans", "Organization", "Information" and "Technology".
