Mission: To awaken and develop the creative power within the young and old in underprivileged neighborhoods, to lead the way. Ayadina Association is a not-for-profit, non-governmental and politically independent association dedicated to community development with a focus on underprivileged children and senior citizens of the Nabaa area in the Sin el Fil District. It is recognized and licensed by the Lebanese Government as per notification number 88/ad dated 15/9/2004. In the community that Ayadina Association serves, it offers two programs: one for the children and one for senior citizens. For our children and youth, Ayadina Association offers an Arts Education Program. This unique visual and performing arts program includes drawing, dance, music, and drama classes. It is an opportunity that preventively addresses social problems and protects the children and youths against the high risks of juvenile delinquency. It helps the channeling of youth energy into creative expression, talent development, cultural and artistic exposure, improved academic achievement, and eventually economic empowerment. Our center has become a safe haven for hundreds of youngsters in the area. For our senior citizens, the association offers healthy food, medical assistance, physical fitness classes, outings, health and social awareness programs and most importantly, companionship.
