The Crisis Management Team is a group of non - profit non-governmental organization (NGO) which was founded and operated since May 2008 with the No. 14911/08 judgment Thessaloniki. It is integrated into the Ministry of Citizen Protection, the General Secretariat for Civil Protection of Greece with registration number 69/08 and also in Y.D.A.S Ministry with registration number 502. Linked with OCHA (Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs) and keep abreast of global disasters from GDACS (Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System). O purpose of O.DI.K. is the selfless offering help for prevention, response and recovery from mass disasters such as earthquakes, widespread flooding and Disasters, Fires, etc. Also acts in Research & Rescue (SAR) people from air, mountain, nautical and other general disaster and the provision or management of humanitarian assistance inside and outside the Greek borders. Our Group places particular emphasis on organizing and educating citizens to be ready to face crisis situations and be able to protect the lives of our fellow human beings in their daily activities. Finally, the Environmental Protection is an area that our team invests to maintain but also epadimiourgia our natural wealth.
