The goal of the project is developing value based leaders for the future by providing educational platform and opportunities for personal growth to delegates. Project is going to be realized in 4 major Kazakhstan cities which makes it the most widespread project of this kind in the country. EPs will get a chance to participate in the creation of the agenda and sessions for the delivery of this model as well as interact with the local students and AIESEC members.
