Preparation: develop and create all the material (videos, sessions, learning of the themes that will support the conversations, books, newspaper and magazines) to be used during the project The interns will facilitate conversation groups in English about subjects of professional, personal development and global issues, aiming to improve the speaking ability of our students. Make the students develop more fluency in the English language and be impacted with the international culture, in a creative way making the project attractive and dynamic. Be part of a team with other exchange students from different countries and make all necessary actions to guarantee that all activities will be delivered with quality during the entire project. Work together with the Marketing team to deliver a final event as a speaker to inspire the students with short talks (15 min each) about required themes and issues discussed trough the project. Attend to meetings and jobs requested by the Project Team like: weekly reports, making pictures and videos of their work. Participate and collaborate in Aiesec Maceió events.
