Heroes is a Project Based on Exchange (Pbox) that focus on poverty, particularly children poverty. We named the project “Heroes” is because we want to help unfortunate children, including street children to fulfill their basic needs, such as knowledge both soft skill and hard skill, motivate them to be better in the future and prevent them to go on worse life, such as they work in the street, abused by the community, etc. We invite some public communities or NGOs that focusing on unfortunate children for joining Heroes Project. We have five main goals for teaching or train children in the NGOs, including Biological and Physical Needs, Safety Needs, Love and Belonging, Esteem, and Self-actualization. We also let the interns to develop these main goals based on the condition of the NGOs, by observing and orientating in the NGO. Beside that, we have also have some charity events such as campaign, sharing food for beggars and homeless people, and event for showcasing children in the NGO.
