Rede Aica is a social project of integrated care to children and adolescents, created in 1997 by members ecclesial communities of São José de Carapina parish in partnership with comboianos missionaries. Each year, more than 2000 chidren and teenagers are welcomed in the projects of Rede Aica. They are offered sports and cultural activities, psycho-social care, educational support, training activities that complement the action of the family and the school, contributing to the human, ethical, cultural and psychological growth. Rede Aica experiences and spreading the values of justice, peace, solidarity and sharing, with the aim of preparing young people and their families to the full exercise of citizenship. Your main challenge is to contribute to the overcoming of all forms of discrimination and exclusion and ensure universal access to all human rights, providing opportunities for a decent life for all.
