We are pioneers in language teaching and training methodology with "non-linear" method. Excellent Global Institute was founded in 1991 in the city of Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, in order to find the language learning process. The success of the project led to the development of the methodology of "non-linear" learning, applied today, not only in language learning areas, but has also expanded to other disciplines and even sports activities. With offices throughout Brazil, the Excellent Global Institute is responsible for training thousands of students in their units and companies. In Uberlândia, MG, we have been in the market for 16 years with partnerships in large companies such as Monsanto, Coca-Cola, Algar Tech, Algar Telecom, Algar Holding, Security Algar, Algar Agro, Algar Aviation, Cargill, Syngenta, Amex, BR Malls Box Callink, Everis, KPMG, Maqnelson, Martins, SBT, TV Integration, Toutatis, TQI, etc. Excellent Global follows standard Kaizen philosophy (the 改 Japanese 善, change for the better) which is a word of Japanese origin to mean continuous improvement, gradual, life in general (personal, family, social and work). This can be seen as a daily process, the purpose of which goes beyond increasing productivity. When properly executed, it is also a process that humanizes the workplace, eliminates the hard work, teaches people how to perform experiments on their work using the scientific method and also how to identify and eliminate waste in business. In general, the humanized process suggests a relationship with workers and increased production.
