Action for Fundamental Change and Development (AFFCAD) is a not-for-profit, community based organization in Kawempe Division, Kampala, Uganda. It was founded in 2009 by four young men who returned to their communities after doing voluntary work with different organisations, and realized that they now had the resources to help their community through education and raising reproductive health and HIV /AIDS awareness. AFFCAD’s goal is to bring fundamental change and sustainable development to theslum communities of Kampala, Uganda.
