Indian National Portage Association (INPA) is a Non-Profit, Professional, Educational, Non-Government, Voluntary Organization with its Headquarters at Chandigarh, India. It is an affiliate of International Portage Association, USA. (IPA consists of a focused group of professionals, parents & individuals who are interested in research, service and policies related to children with or at risk of a disability and their families. IPA is active in more than 130 countries of the world). Indian National Portage Association is registered under Societies Registration Act 1860, No.2282 and is also FCRA Registered and Tax exempted. INPA is an action oriented, research services based Organization, dedicated to the welfare children 'at-risk' of developmental delays / learning disabilities / mental retardation and welfare of the women / families.
