Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Meet with academic team to review upcoming tour routes, safety guidelines, and key target vocabulary/dialogues.
Design weekly promotional posters for upcoming Speaking Club / Coffee Chat topics using Canva/Photoshop.
Observe main teachers, learn student rosters, and assist with classroom management & activity preparation.
Host Session 1 (1.5–2 hours) focusing on Icebreakers & Daily Introductions.
Week 2
Lead small-group warm-up games and physical movement activities under teacher supervision.
Host Session 2 (1.5–2 hours) on Travel & Culture (linking to the tour theme).
Produce 1–2 short promotional reels/TikToks showcasing classroom highlights and Coffee Chat highlights.
Publish graphic flyers for the educational tour.
Week 3
Host Session 3 (1.5–2 hours) Coffee Chat for Culture Immersion
Joining experience activities with school , go on an excursion,...
Assist main teachers with mid-month student progress tracking and vocabulary reviews.
Capture high-quality photos/videos during the tour.
Week 4
Gather feedback from teachers and students regarding the tour experience to refine future outings.
Compile and release a monthly recap video / photo collage showcasing all 4 weeks of activities.
Assist main teachers in preparing monthly review games and end-of-month assessments.
Host Session 4 (1.5–2 hours) – Monthly Social Showcase / Open Discussion, giving certificates or recognition to active participants.
