Volunteers will support the healthcare team by assisting with clinical tasks under staff supervision, organizing patient documentation, supporting patient intake and orientation, preparing examination rooms, maintaining medical supplies, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Week 1: Introduction & Orientation - Get familiar with the healthcare facility and its departments. - Understand basic medical procedures and workplace protocols. - Learn about patient reception and documentation. - Observe healthcare staff during daily operations.
Week 2
Week 2: Patient Support & Administration - Assist with patient intake and orientation. - Help organize and update patient documentation under supervision. - Support staff with administrative tasks. - Help prepare examination rooms.
Week 3
Week 3: Clinical & Operational Support - Assist medical staff with permitted non-invasive clinical support tasks. - Organize and monitor medical supplies. - Help maintain clean, safe, and organized spaces. - Support the healthcare team during daily activities.
Week 4
Week 4: Practical Experience & Evaluation - Continue supporting patient reception and daily operations. - Assist with organizing medical records and supplies. - Reflect on the experience and skills acquired. - Share feedback with the healthcare team.
