Project Activities

Week 1
Review the existing website's structure, content, and functionality. Identify outdated information, broken links, and basic technical issues. Assess website usability and mobile responsiveness. Establish a maintenance plan based on the organization's priorities.
Week 2
Update outdated text, images, and organizational information. Improve website navigation and content organization. Optimize images and other website assets. Apply basic SEO practices to improve search engine visibility.
Week 3
Identify and address basic website errors and broken links. Test website functionality across different devices and browsers. Improve mobile responsiveness and user navigation. Check loading speed and implement basic performance improvements.
Week 4
Conduct final website testing and verify completed updates. Review website security and backup procedures with the responsible team. Document maintenance tasks and establish a regular update schedule. Train the organization's team on basic website maintenance. Present recommendations for future improvements.
