Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Introduce exchange participants to the workers and their working environment. Conduct ice-breaking activities to build trust and encourage interaction. Identify the main social inclusion challenges faced by workers. Establish the objectives and structure of the upcoming sessions.
Week 2
Co-facilitate interactive workshops on effective communication. Organize team-building activities to strengthen relationships. Encourage cultural exchange between participants and workers. Promote mutual understanding and respect for diversity
Week 3
Conduct workshops on inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities. Organize collaborative activities to encourage participation and cooperation. Address social barriers that may affect workplace integration. Develop practical strategies for creating a more inclusive work environment.
Week 4
Organize a final collaborative activity to reinforce the lessons learned. Collect feedback from workers and exchange participants. Evaluate the project's impact through discussions and simple feedback questionnaires. Develop recommendations for maintaining an inclusive workplace. Celebrate achievements and recognize participants' contributions.
