The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging with grass-groot initiatives.

Project Activities

Week 1
2. Research the foundation's existing online presence, communication channels, and opportunities for international promotion.
5. Collect and organise approved photographs, videos, and information about the foundation for promotional use.
4. Prepare a content plan for promoting the foundation through social media, digital campaigns, and other communication platforms.
3. Identify the foundation's key messages, target audiences, and potential international supporters and partner organisations.
1. Onboard volunteers with the NSSF representative to understand the foundation's mission, vision, activities, achievements, and objectives.
Week 2
2. Develop promotional materials that communicate the foundation's mission, activities, and impact on elderly residents.
5. Monitor audience engagement and gather feedback to improve the promotional content.
4. Introduce the foundation's work to international audiences through volunteer networks, online communities, and relevant social initiatives.
3. Share approved content through relevant digital platforms to increase the foundation's online visibility.
1. Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, posters, short videos, and presentations highlighting the foundation's work.
Week 3
5. Track outreach efforts, responses, and engagement to identify potential supporters and collaboration opportunities.
1. Reach out to potential international organisations, NGOs, youth networks, and social initiatives to introduce NSSF and its work.
2. Promote the foundation through international volunteer networks and digital communities to increase awareness of its mission.
3. Create and share stories highlighting the foundation's activities, social impact, and contribution to elderly care.
4. Explore opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, fundraising connections, and future volunteering initiatives, subject to the foundation's approval.
Week 4
2. Review social media engagement, content reach, audience responses, and outreach activities conducted during the project.
3. Compile a record of promotional materials created, communication channels used, and organisations contacted.
4. Prepare recommendations for maintaining the foundation's online presence and continuing international outreach after the project ends.
5. Present the final outcomes to the foundation's representative and discuss opportunities for continued promotion and future international collaborations.
1. Continue sharing promotional content and introducing the foundation to relevant international audiences.
