Project
Scale Up: Digital Marketing for Local Impact Scale Up is a four-week Global Volunteer project in Sfax, Tunisia, designed to support local organizations, NGOs, and small businesses in strengthening their marketing strategies and digital presence. The project brings together international volunteers and local organizations to explore practical marketing solutions that improve brand visibility, communicate value, engage target audiences, and support organizational growth. Throughout the project, volunteers will collaborate with the host organization to assess its current marketing activities, identify opportunities for improvement, develop engaging content, and contribute to digital marketing campaigns. Activities may include social media management, content creation, audience research, branding support, campaign planning, and performance analysis, depending on the organization's needs and available resources. By working on real marketing challenges, volunteers will gain hands-on experience in an international environment while helping local organizations communicate more effectively with their communities and potential customers. By the end of the project, the host organization is expected to receive practical marketing deliverables, a clearer content strategy, and recommendations it can continue implementing after the volunteer's placement. Think globally. Market creatively. Grow locally.
