Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Introductory session with the beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers and project objectives.
Produce one detailed operational plan including weekly activities, assigned responsibilities, KPIs, and a quantified list of materials and equipment.
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC.
Administer a baseline survey to minimum 30 participants, measuring tourism knowledge, digital presence, and income expectations and produce a baseline data report max 5 pages.
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project.
Week 2
Visit and document minimum 10 local tourism sites, collect at least 5 photos per location, record current visitor status, and create a shared digital map.
Plan and deliver a small local attraction campaign to promote the workshops and activities to be run in week 3 and 4. You can use mouth to mouth promotion and visit local business to directly invite people.
Collect minimum 50 survey responses and identify at least 5 priority tourism needs, supported by quantitative data.
Conduct at least 20 structured interviews with local residents and produce a thematic analysis summary of key challenges and opportunities.
Travel to nearby cities and visit local realities, rather than the stereotypical tourist sights.
Week 3
Plan virtual campaign to promote the places of value you map out at the beginning of the project. The objective is to put these places on the map of local and international tourists.
Produce minimum 100 photos and 20 short videos, stored and categorized in a shared digital archive.
Complete profile setup or optimization for at least 10 businesses and achieve minimum 5,000 local content views.
Encourage collaboration between local businesses and community members to create a unified tourism promotion strategy.
Produce one shared marketing toolkit including templates, hashtag list, content guidelines, and photo library.
Week 4
Analyse data to determine outcome/impact results (level of awareness of beneficiaries post-project activities).
Produce a minimum 10-page final report including participation data, outputs, impact analysis and measurable outcomes.
Closing day with beneficiaries.
Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and went better / and include this in the report.
Collect final evaluation surveys from minimum 30 participants and compare results with baseline data.
