Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Discover AEM events and observe how activities are organized. Meet volunteers and partners.
Week 2
Design an event/workshop based on community interests. Define theme, audience and program.
Prepare the event, coordinate logistics and mobilize volunteers. Assign responsibilities.
Week 3
Coordinate the event on-site. Welcome participants and manage volunteers and logistics.
Evaluate the event, prepare an event report and start designing a second activity.
Week 4
Complete/lead the second activity and hand over templates, checklists and volunteer database.
