Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Discover how AEM manages activities, schedules and partners. Meet stakeholders and understand current coordination processes.
Week 2
Coordinate practical arrangements for activities. Follow up with participants and partners.
Support meetings, appointments and communication. Create a task and deadline tracking system.
Week 3
Support volunteer coordination and identify recurring organizational needs.
Implement improvements such as checklists, templates and communication routines.
Week 4
Hand over tools and documents. Present results and recommendations.
