Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Discover AEM and target learners. Identify language/level needs. Design course structure and prepare first lessons.
Launch first language classes and conversation sessions. Observe learners and adapt methods.
Week 2
Continue classes and conversation sessions. Adapt activities to different ages and levels.
Organize language-exchange evenings and conversation circles connecting locals and international visitors.
Week 3
Organize language-exchange evenings and conversation circles connecting locals and international visitors.
Evaluate learner progress, collect feedback and improve educational materials.
Week 4
Conduct final classes/showcase. Hand over lesson plans and materials to AEM.
