Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Week 1 — Awareness & Needs Assessment: Understand participants’ needs and introduce concepts of gender equality, stereotypes, rights, and empowerment.
Week 2
Week 2 — Rights & Education: Conduct interactive sessions on women’s and girls’ rights, equal opportunities, education, and participation.
Week 3
Week 3 — Empowerment Activities: Organize workshops focused on confidence, communication, leadership, decision-making, and personal development.
Week 4
Week 4 — Awareness Campaign: Develop and implement a small awareness activity or campaign promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment.
