Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Get familiar with the children, observe their behavior and interactions, and identify their individual needs and interests under staff supervision.
Week 2
Organize activities focused on emotional expression, communication, confidence, empathy, and positive interaction with others.
Week 3
Support children through one-on-one or small-group activities, follow their participation and behavior, and document observations for the supervising staff.
Week 4
Conduct activities that reinforce emotional and social skills, review the children’s progress, and provide feedback and recommendations to the supervising team.
