Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Workshop: Exploring Career Paths and Employability in the 21st Century
Create an implementation plan on how the project should unfold and determine materials to be used
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Week 2
Explore local natural areas and discover the region's biodiversity.
Conduct basic research on local plants, trees, and ecosystems
Introduce children to basic concepts of biodiversity and environmental protection
Identify suitable local plant species for the botanical garden
Identify suitable local plant species for the botanical garden
Week 3
Plant selected flowers, herbs, trees, or other suitable local species
Help prepare the designated area by cleaning and organizing the space
Organize educational activities about plants, gardening, and ecosystems.
Week 4
Debrief with AIESEC , and the organisation
Finalize the botanical garden and improve its organization
Document the development of the project through photos, notes, or short reports.
Collect feedback from the children and team about what they learned during the project.
