The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Interactive sessions exploring beneficiaries’ artistic background/career aspirations.
Co-create a Digital and Creative Learning Plan and define digital and artistic materials needed.
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project and how to measure success.
Introductory session with the beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers and project objectives.
Baseline assessment: Create skills self-evaluation and Digital literacy assessment (basic ICT skills).
Introduction to digital tools that will be used.
Week 2
Personal Development Plan (including digital skills progression).
Workshop: Multimedia production (photo, video, audio, or digital poster).
Creative challenge (produce an artistic piece with digital constraints).
Interactive sessions exploring beneficiaries’ artistic background/career aspirations.
Draft of final project (e.g. digital campaign, short documentary, virtual exhibition concept).
Collaborative creation of a small hybrid project (physical + digital component)
Week 3
Research session: Arts, ICT & Employability trends (case studies, creative industries).
Use computer labs/libraries for guided research.
Group presentations (using slides or multimedia formats).
Workshop: Personal branding for creative careers (LinkedIn basics, digital portfolios, CV design) or Career imagination activity.
Open Studio Session (digital + physical production).
Conclude the main project and run an Art Exhibition with all the artistic activities from the past weeks.
Week 4
Collect data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.).
Analyze data to determine outcome/impact results.
Build final project report and present to NGO/non-profit representatives.
Closing day with beneficiaries.
Run an Art Exhibition with all the artistic activities from the past weeks.
