The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging with grass-groot initiatives.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Integration meeting with partner representatives to understand the current landscape and the beneficiaries, and to discuss the project's expected results. Introductory session with beneficiaries; introduction of volunteers and project objectives. Conduct the initial assessment needed to measure the project's results/impact. Prepare activities for the coming weeks and gather feedback from partners and AIESEC. Create an implementation plan outlining the project's development and determine the materials to be used.
Week 2
Set up or enhance the social media/website presence for the NGO's social impact project or campaign Create or refine the brand guidelines for the project or campaign Create or refine the partner's customer journey Organize and prepare branding and networking events to boost the partner's visibility
Week 3
Organize branding events to promote the partner Run online campaigns to increase visitor traffic to the partner's main platform Promote networking events to seek partnerships and potential investors/donors for the NGO's social impact project or campaign Host an open house event for the community to foster a better understanding of the partner's cause Conduct an event debrief with the partner and create a follow-up plan to boost social media engagement, build partnerships, and attract investors/donors
Week 4
Develop a strategy for ongoing engagement with beneficiaries and stakeholders after the official conclusion of the project. Reach out to potential new partners and investors and schedule meetings to discuss collaboration opportunities. Hold a strategy session with the NGO and partners to refine their social impact strategies based on insights gathered throughout the project. Conduct on-demand workshops or activities to address gaps in the partner's project. Conduct a training workshop focused on specific skills or knowledge areas for the NGO's staff and volunteers, such as fundraising techniques, social media management, or impact measurement.
