The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Icebreakers and introduction games. Introduction to the project spaces and daily routines. Story Time in English with simple and interactive readings. Kids & Theatre: short sketches to learn greetings, emotions, and basic vocabulary. Little Chef: preparing simple snacks while learning food-related vocabulary. Presentation of the international volunteers and their home countries
Week 2
Cultural workshops led by international volunteers. Creation of the children's symbolic passports. Story Time featuring traditional stories from around the world. Mad Scientist: experiments inspired by nature and the planet’s phenomena. Kids & Theatre: performances based on international stories and traditions. Musical games and dances from different countries. Creative workshop: flags, maps, and cultural symbols
Week 3
Creative recycling workshops. Little Chef: sustainable recipes and food waste reduction activities. Mad Scientist: experiments on water, energy, and the environment. Cooperative games in English. Creation of eco-friendly posters and awareness messages. Story Time focused on nature and protecting the planet. Preparation of a small final performance.
Week 4
Review of the favorite activities from the previous weeks. Group language games. Kids & Theatre: final performance. Exhibition of the creative projects completed during the program. Multicultural celebration with collaborative activities. Final sharing circle: What I learned, What I enjoyed most, What I will take with me from this experience. Presentation of symbolic participation certificates.
