Project Activities

Week 1
Review of current procedures, identity strength and pointsfor improvement
Analyze the scope of the social impact project/campaign and create a strategic plan to boost results
Review the past projects/campaignsto analyze data, get insights and GCPs
Onboarding meeting with NGO representatives
Week 2
Gather feedback from existing partnersto improve collaboration
Market research within the local community; enhancing partnerships between stakeholders
Map out currentstakeholders
Build a Customer Flow for their partners
Interview potential partners about their needs and ability to collaborate
Week 3
Create a branding guideline for the project/campaign
.Set up / Improve social media/website presence for the social impact project/campaign of the NGO
